Strengthening Our Team
In late February, we welcomed Damien to the team—a key addition with extensive experience in partnerships and logistics. Damien played an instrumental role in streamlining logistical operations for a successful beauty brand, and now he’s bringing that expertise to IGC. His arrival marks an exciting transition for us: after years of building, we’re now shifting into demonstration, testing, and onboarding mode.
Tech Update: Backend Portal
Our backend portal is like a Ferrari—engineered for performance, we just need to attach the tyres and put the engine fuel in, we’re putting on the final touches. The complexity and depth of processes built into our platform are truly remarkable. We’ve worked tirelessly to refine both the functionality and user experience, and we’re excited to showcase the results soon.
Mobile Front End: A Next-Level Experience
Our previous mobile UI felt more like a Corolla compared to the Ferrari-level portal—so we took action. We’ve engaged a world-class AR expert to lead the mobile front-end transformation. His focus is on scalability, structure, and documentation, ensuring we’re ready for millions of users. Most importantly, he’s crafting a seamless brand-driven journey within our treasure hunts, enhancing how brands engage their audiences.

A newly polished rebrand of our website went live last night! While keeping our core colors and branding, we’ve refined every element for a sleek, professional look. As we attract large creative agencies and advertising partners, we’ll continue to optimize and elevate our digital presence.
Community & Discord Growth
We’re ramping up our Discord engagement by bringing on a trial community manager to refine the structure and enhance outreach. Small updates, such as verification and improved organization, have already been implemented, and more enhancements are on the way.

New prizes have arrived, including Taylor Swift-signed memorabilia! We’re also expanding our API gift card integrations and working with aggregators to bring exclusive prize deals to our marketplace.

Our partner strategy is now in motion! Every partner and player will receive a unique referral link for tracking and engagement. We’re collaborating closely with key partners to foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships, starting with our dedicated Discord community—We will be working closely with Polish partners / supporters / IGC holders who have embraced the vision with us.
Exchanges & IGC Swap Mechanism
We’re moving forward with IGC swap testing and refining our IGC points-to-crypto mechanism within the portal. Our smart contract functionality is designed to help us manage level pricing between chains while implementing liquidity strategies. Inside our portal we have an easy swap engine our goal is to achieve 1:1 swaps across chains while strategically managing market fluctuations.
Next Steps: Sydney Events & Platform Launch
We’re putting the final polish on both the backend portal and mobile app before officially announcing our event dates. The apps will go live first, enabling location-based promotions to manage a smooth rollout. Our initial launch is critical—we aim to rigorously test the user redemption process before scaling up for a mass marketing campaign.
